The Election of the Secretariat for Sligo Public Participation Network took place on 26th November 2014 in the Sligo Park Hotel.

The Sligo Public Participation Network will elect its Secretariat on 26th November 2014. The role of the Secretariat is to coordinate the activities of the new network.
All registered and eligible groups can vote in respect of seats for
a. The Muncipal District (MD) their organisation is located in (Sligo MD or Ballymote Tubbercurry MD)
b. The voting college they are registered with (Community and Voluntary, Social Inclusion or Environment)

The first plenary meeting of Sligo PPN will take place on Wednesday 26th November at 7.30 in the Sligo Park Hotel. All registered and eligible PPN members will be invited to attend via an email to their registered nominee or via their organisations main email address.
Before the meeting, all eligible PPN Members will be invited to nominate a representative to the Secretariat. An election of nominees to the Secretariat will take place at the meeting on the 26th. Nomination papers will be emailed to eligible PPN members on the 7th November.
