CLASP (Community of Lough Arrow Social Project) has been supporting the community of East Sligo since 1997, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in rural areas. Key services include a door-to-door Rural Transport scheme for medical appointments, shopping, and pension collection, along with Meals on Wheels and Active Age social clubs. CLASP also runs community projects such as the Men’s Shed, Community Shed, and a Community Garden in Geevagh, all aimed at reducing isolation and promoting wellbeing.
