They are identifying community needs at a local level, sharing the helpline number, signposting and we aim to work with our partners to respond to the needs as they arise and change. As our remit is to identify needs in the community we should be a first point of contact for needs in Cranmore as they are identified through the helpline. Whatever these needs may be
