We are a Social Bridge Club in existence for over 22 years. Consisting mainly of retired people in the local area. We meet on a weekly basis and the game of bridge is enjoyed by locals, as a weekly get together and a means of keeping our brains active. A volunteer member runs free beginner bridge classes for any interested locals who then integrate into our club. Our main outlay is for card tables which now need to be replaced at a cost of €1000 approx. As we are a small club we do not have additional funds at our disposal to purchase same and would greatly appreciate any grant.
