Lissadell and Munninane Churches Select Vestry are the custodians of two churches under the auspices of the Church of Ireland, and the Diocese of Kilmore, Elphin and Ardagh. We also have a parish hall at Lissadell with hostel accomadation which is used by a multitude of groups both locally and from across Ireland. Our buildings are all listed on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage, due to this status and the age of the buildings upkeep and conservation are one of our primary concerns – numerous fundraising events have taken place over many years and we are very much thankful for the ongoing support from the local community particularly in North Sligo. We hope to continue with our fundraising efforts, to further conservation efforts especially at Lissadell Church – to restore Stained Glass windows, and ultimately the Church Roof. As an organisation we are also involved with overseeing parish activities and services and the preparations for such. We look forward to joining the PPN network in Sligo.
