Several new opportunities and grants are now available for our members. See below for more info.
- Green Festivals Resources - If your organisation is involved in running festivals, this is a useful resource to minimise environmental impact and many funding applications ask how you address such issues. In early 2022, Cork County Council’s Tourism Unit in conjunction with the Cork County Council Environmental Awareness Office collaborated on the design and delivery of a bespoke programme that would enable festival organisers to implement waste reduction initiatives at their events. Waste generated at festivals is one of the most prominent environmental impacts that festivals have. Check out the link below for a variety of useful tools. Apart from being the smart thing to do, it’s the right thing to do.
- Writers in Schools Scheme - This grant is given on a first-come-first-served basis
- Level 6 ATU Certificate in Enterprise & Community Development - Online information sessions held Wednesday, February 26th at 13:00 – 13:45, February 27th at 18:00 – 18:45, March 1st - 10:00 – 10:45
