The group came together to reopen the derelict playground which had been closed for 4 years, they held fundraisers to have match funding for grant funding through Clar/ Town and village, plans were drawn up, and 1 year later the playground was open , the playground is looked after by volunteers from TidyTowns, and is a fantastic amenity to the town
