The association is a voluntary group formed to bring residents together in looking after the upkeep of the estate. As a private estate we are obliged to look after cutting grass on two large green areas, prune and trim large hedges and mature trees. This requires a voluntary subscription from residents (or those willing to pay). We also provide representation to local bodies where necessary for upgrade to estate.
