5 member voluntary organisation established after the closure of management company in charge of maintaining condition of the estate. We need to encourage homeowners to continue to pay 100 euro yearly fee on a voluntary basis to maintain the common areas of the estate. We also organise clean ups approx. 3 times annually by encouraging resident to attend through media/ flyer drops etc
