The Latin Community Group aims to promote and establish a vibrant and inclusive Latin American community in Sligo Town. As a minority group, our mission is to foster cultural exchange, create a supportive environment for Latin individuals and families, and contribute to the multicultural fabric of the local area. Our activities include organizing cultural events, dance workshops, language classes, food events, and community outreach programs. Through these initiatives, we strive to share the richness of Latin American heritage, provide a platform for artistic expression, and encourage mutual understanding among all communities in Sligo. We are committed to collaboration with other community and voluntary groups, working towards the empowerment and integration of minority groups, and contributing to the social, cultural, and economic development of the Irish community, especially in Sligo.
