Sligo Stroke Support Groups was established in 2017 to give stroke survivors, carers and their families somewhere to get information, support and guidance. Our groups run weekly and give one hour of exercise therapy and one hour of social therapy to all members, we offer information, guest speakers and social outings. Due to Covid 19 our groups have gone online but we are still supporting all our members with phone calls, texts, whats app messages and zoom meetings as well as access to our private facebook page.
