Sligo Tennis Club (founded 30+ years) delivers a range of raquet sports (tennis, badminton, squash) to it’s members. club membership is open to all. Club also hosts various local groups – special olympics; Ballinode school students; GAA training; indoor soccer, etc. The Club is a not for profit body, almost entirely run with voluntary management and support in all sports sections. Active coaching across all sports, with demonstrated community involvement and engagement. Club engaging with Sligo Sports Partnership to deliver activity opportunities to disadvantaged / challenged /aged, given range of indoor and outdoor facilites available. Investment needed to address physical contraints in some areas of the club.
