Our organisation welcomes everybody over the age of fifty five. Our aim is to keep our members active,healthy& happy. We organise outings , holidays & social activities. we keep active by taking part in bowling, kurling & physical exercises. We play cards or games & have a cup of tea. We take part in Bealtaine. We have written four books is just some of what we do.
