A Tracings with Teresa series is starting on the Facebook page to introduce adults to Art and relaxation techniques, delivered by part-time staff member Teresa Bourke, a teacher of art and art psychotherapy.
The objective is to introduce people to some grounding exercises and art both for pleasure and therapy. It is all about enjoying being creative. No special art equipment is needed.
