We are a small voluntary active age group. We meet weekly in Dromore West Community Centre where we share our ideas and life experiences through art and craft classes. It is a social occasion for members to meet and have a chat/cup of tea as some members of the group live in isolated areas. We are totally committed to keeping fit and active and undertake various chair exercises and games, including kurling and boccia.
